Rose’s Cantina – Amsterdam - Restaurant review of the most famous Tex Mex restaurant in Amsterdam. Amsterdam is well-known for its Indonesian food and Reistafel (rice table) but Rose’s Cantina is cooking up some excellent Tex Mex meals that may help put Amsterdam on the Mexican food map. Chuy’s – Austin - Delicious Tex Mex food isn’t the only thing that’s cooking at Chuy’s – they serve up a huge portion of atmosphere as well. If you like trendy, quiet, restaurants with starched white linen tablecloths, Chuy’s is not your kind of place.
